The Gold Coast Arts Centre features live theatre productions and is a popular venue for lovers of the arts. The centre has two cinemas, several restaurants and function rooms, a comedy clubhouse, arts theatre and two art galleries.

The Gold Coast numerous nightclubs, the majority of which are situated in the Cavill Mall and Orchid Ave areas close to most Surfers Paradise apartments. The thriving club scene has something for everyone, from sports bars to music clubs blasting out the latest dance crazes. There are numerous bars and nightclubs with live bands playing regular gigs.

The clubs are packed with visitors during the holiday seasons, schoolies week and the Indy Carnival, but at other times the crowd is made up of partying locals. Prominent DJs play the clubs regularly and the Gold Coast venues are always at the forefront of music trends.

Most of the entertainment at the southern end of the Gold Coast is centered in the Twin Towns Services Club which is close to all the Coolangatta apartments. This is the largest Services Club in Australia, setting high standards in dining and entertainment. The club is open 7 days and occupies almost 5 square kilometres of property spread across four sites.
